• Employers must not charge any fees or deposit amounts from job candidates.
• JobTM reserves the right to suspend any employer account found violating fair hiring practices.

4. Limitation of Liability

JobTM acts as an employment connection platform between candidates and employers. We strive to maintain high-quality listings but are not liable for direct employment agreements between parties.
